Prof. Washington Asembo Olima
Professor Olima holds a BA degree in Land Economics, MA Housing Administration both from UoN and Ph. D in Spatial Planning from Dortmund University, Germany.
He is a registered and practicing Valuer (RV) and Estate Agent (REA) and a member of Valuers Registration Board (VRB). He has over twenty five (25) years of academic, research and consultancy experience with scholarly record demonstrated by publications in internationally peer reviewed journals, and supervision of several Masters students and PhD students to completion.
Professor Olima is a trained and widely experienced land economist, researcher, consultant and spatial planner with wide experience in issues relating to land policy, land taxation, urban land tenure, land management and administration, property valuation and appraisals, urban basic service provision, monitoring and evaluation of projects, training and human needs assessment, housing and urban economic studies, urban land use planning, and integrated strategic urban development planning. He has held senior administrative positions at the UoN (Dean, School of Built Environment) and Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (DVC-Finance and Administration) among others.
Bethwel Onyango Oyoo
Bethwel holds a BA degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi; a Diploma from the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). He is a registered and practicing valuer by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) and a registered and practicing real Estate Agent with Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB)
Protus Otundo Mang’aa
Protus holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate from the University of Nairobi. He is member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), Registered and Practicing Estate Agent with Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB), a member of Shopping Centre Association of Kenya (SCAK) and South Africa Council of Shopping Centers (SAC SC)
Austine Awaa
Austine has Bachelor of Science in Land Economics from Makerere University, Uganda and currently pursuing MA in Valuation and Property Management from the University of Nairobi. He is a certified Graduate member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), a registered and practicing member of real Estate Agent with Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB)
